On August 26, 2011 a jury handed down a verdict in favor of
CLA USA. CLA was awarded lost revenue
and attorney fees. CLA USA has endured
this litigation since 2007 and has vigorously defended its business and
operations. Charles A. Loper Jr. stated
“we are happy this lawsuit was decided in our favor.”
